Mudskipper has a lovely open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, complete with a cosy log burner – perfect for gathering together after a day at the beach. The dining table seats 8 and there is a handy breakfast bar to seat 4, perfect for a morning coffee.
Sliding doors from the dining area open onto a wonderful, large enclosed garden which is a haven for relaxation and play. With plenty of seating for al fresco dining and a trampoline to keep the kids entertained, it’s a space for everyone to enjoy, there is also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing down sandy kit (and people!) after a day on the beach. The enclosed driveway to the front of the house offers ample parking, ensuring your stay is stress-free from start to finish.
Mudskipper also benefits from a separate utility room with sink, washer, dryer and door to the outside which provides extra convenience for longer stays.
Accommodation is split over 2 floors, on the ground floor you will find a king bedroom with separate W/C, upstairs there are two kids rooms with single bunks and each with a small desk area underneath , one double room with garden views and a further king room with sea glimpse and ensuite shower/W/C. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and W/C.
With the beach on your doorstep and the vibrant shops, cafes, and restaurants of East Wittering just a short walk away, this holiday home is perfectly situated for unforgettable coastal adventures.
