The bedrooms consist of a king and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside courtyard with dining set and sofa set plus onsite private parking for 1 car. Opposite the beach. Shop, pub 0.1 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Adventure to the coasts of Dorset with a stay at Two @ No36. Note: Stairs access up to apartment. Note: Metal staircase down to garden. Note: there is no lift available in the building. Note: There is a height restriction to the car park of 2.35 metres. Note: Parking for one car only. Nearest additional pay and display car park is Weymouth Pavilion a few mins walk from the property. Note: External metal staircase provides additional rear entrance to property from parking area. Please note: Access to the rear of the building/parking area means guest walking past your courtyard (as shown in image 27). 4th and 5th July 2026- Festivals will cause some inconvenience due to some road closures and parking restrictions.
