Veramar Beach apartment, with terrace and parking, in front of the beach

The "Veramar Beach" apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Italian coffee maker, oven, glass-ceramic stove, microwave, dishes, and silverware), a balcony for doing laundry, a spacious living room opening onto a wonderful terrace overlooking the beach, the sea, and the Valencian countryside. The views are breathtaking on clear days.
The apartment has cross-ventilation and stays cool in the summer. It also has hot and cold air conditioning in every room.
In the master bedroom, which overlooks the sea, there is a 140x190 cm bed; in the bedroom facing the inner courtyard, there are two 90x190 cm beds.
The bathroom features a bathtub and a hydromassage column.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, as well as beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
The residential complex features a swimming pool (open from June through September, inclusive, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), a paddle tennis court, and children’s play areas. To use the pool, you’ll need a wristband, which costs 15 euros if lost.
It offers a daytime concierge service and nighttime security.

Patacona Beach is just 200 metres away: it’s a long white-sand beach, and you can walk from the Valencia Marina all the way to Portsaplaya—a total of 6 kilometres of beaches.

The City of Arts and Sciences is a 7-minute drive away.
And bus 31 stops right outside the residential complex and takes you to the city centre in about 20–30 minutes.
