Welcome to Tenuta Morcella Deluxe, an exclusive luxury villa where 19th-century history meets sustainable design. Situated in a scenic location between Todi and Perugia, this residence is a former tobacco drying shed restored by architect Francesca Cutini. The interiors showcase the Barrel12 collection: artful furnishings crafted from wine barrels, a symbol of contemporary luxury and craftsmanship.
Private pool (heated in winter upon request), sunsets, and our extra virgin olive oil. Available upon request: hot tub, massages, and cooking classes. A signature residence in the authentic heart of Umbria.
