About this property

Apartment in center (with wifi), on the sea between Portofino, Cinque Terre

We wanted to create a nest full of light and relaxing for our escapes to the sea, but always feeling at home. Leave the stress of the car, because you can do reach everywhere by feet.
Closed the elevator door, we open our home to the light and scents of Liguria, and we like to share it with our guests.
We have prepared a double room with bathroom (for privacy while on vacation), the colorful room for 2 children (dealing with pirates), a large guest bathroom, and finally a bright living room overlooking the rooftops of Chiavari.
The kitchen is fully equipped as we like to share the warmth of good food with our friends,
If then the friends you want to stop, the sofa offers 2 comfortable additional beds.

Washing machine and heating allow you to feel at home all year round, as well as linens (towels and bed) available to guests.
Cleaning at the end of your stay are included.

Lovely stay in Chiavari!

We had a lovely time in Chiavari. The flat was well equipped, very clean, in a good location. There was air conditioning, which made a real difference since the two weeks that we stayed there there was a heatwave and without air-con it would have been impossible to live and sleep. The owner and the lady managing the property were very helpful, promptly answering any queries we had. The flat is perfect for 4 people (sleeping in the two bedrooms) or up to 6 with young children. We had 3 teenage children with us and our youngest was sleeping in the kitchen/living area, which mande it a bit difficult in the morning to move around the kitchen and prepare breakfast. On the other hand, the fact that there are two bathrooms is a plus. Overall, a great stay!

Ugo property very clean/ functional + wifi, a heatwave in Italy during our stay, air con was available in the lounge/kitchen, but hot at night. Did not use or see terrace First time in Chiavari beautiful town , Bakery/ butchers/ coffee shops supermarkets within minutes ( excellent),, + we had a parking space++ close to portofino, cinque terre ,Genoa, la spezia porto venere brilliant. Great coast walk Levanto to Spiaggia bonassola,Too hot inland for Pisa or Florence Great advice for restaurants in chiavari , good communications with UGO. Chiavari an unexpected pleasure beach/town and street market & evening strolls. Easy access by Train(7min walk) or by Car close to autoroute

Appartamento curato, dotato di tutti i comfort, pienamente rispondente all'annuncio. Host corretto e premuroso, ci si sente come a casa. Chiavari forse è meno turistica rispetto alle più conosciute località vicine, ma per questo più vera e punto di partenza strategico per muoversi da Genova fino alle Cinque Terre. E se si vuole ci si può tranquillamente dimenticare dell'auto

Appartamento ben organizzato con doppi servizi, 2 camere e salotto con angolo cottura e aria condizionata. Superaccessioriato. Il box é comodo e spazioso. Ugo é l'host perfetto: disponibile ed attento. La zona é servitissima e in pochi metri ci sono tutti i servizi commerciali necessari, la spiaggia si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. Gli manca solo un piccolo balcone,... Ritorneremo sicuramente😎

È stata una splendida vacanza al mare per una famiglia composta da giovane coppia con 2 bambine + coppia nonni. Appartamento pieno centro con tutti i servizi comodi sotto casa e spiaggia attrezzatissima per bambini a 10 minuti di passeggiata. Percorso nella natura lungo il torrente Entella o attraversando il centro. Chiavari offre notevoli specialità gastronomiche. Il proprietario Ugo persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. Soggiorno a luglio 2018

Siamo stati ospiti di Ugo tre settimane a luglio. La casa aveva tutti i servizi che cercavamo salvo qualche problema riscontrato e che segnalo. L’appartamento era molto caldo, non condizionato e senza ventilatori, che giudico indispensabili in quanto all’ultimo piano e con sopra il terrazzo evidentemente non ben coibentato alla sera avevamo caldo come di giorno. I materassi della cameretta scomodi, suggerisco un cambio. Per il resto ho apprezzato la comodità di essere in centro e disporre di tutti i negozi alimentari sotto casa, persino due supermercati. At Home in Chiavari

Very clean, bright and comfortable. Near lots of shops and quite near train station. Beautiful free beach at 20mins walk. Lots of good eating places around Piazza Fenice; da Vittorio was cheap, cheerful and always packed, but food was good. Ugo (owner) was very easy to deal with and very helpful. Had a wonderful week and would definitely recommend to others.

Appartamento attrezzato di tutto e ben curato, arioso e sempre ventilato, dotato di indispensabile box auto, con negozi e supermercato sotto casa e a 2 passi dal centro storico. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, disponibilissimo e sempre raggiungibile telefonicamente. Insomma, siamo stati molto bene e certamente consigliamo questa soluzione agli amanti di Chiavari e dintorni!

Tolle Wohnung auch für längeren Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll , wohnlich und modern eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die zwei Badezimmer, eines davon sehr geräumig, sind ebenfalls sehr chic und modern. Mit Fahrstuhl ist der 5. Stock bequem zu erreichen. Eine Garage ist vorhanden. Auch über einen längeren Zeitraum kann man sich dort sehr wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Kurze Wege zur Stadt, Bahnhof und Markt. Damit ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in die Cinque Terre, Portofino oder Genua. Die Fotos entsprechen hundertprozent der Wirklichkeit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen.

L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort ed è l'ideale per famiglie con bambini. La cura dell'arredo semplice e di stile ha come leitmotiv la provenza. La posizione centrale lo rende agevole per la vicinanza ai negozi e a tutti i generi di prima necessità. Consiglierei solo di aggiungere nei mesi estivi dei ventilatori. Il proprietario è molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Al mare d'inverno nipotina con nonni e genitori che li raggiungono nel week-end (in treno: stazione 10 minuti a piedi comodamente). Casa ben organizzata e corrispondente alla descrizione presente sul sito. Pulizia ottima. Posizione centrale e box indispensabile. Tutti i negozi necessari vicini a casa (anche se nel periodo da noi scelto alcuni erano chiusi per ferie). Il mare raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata sotto i portici di Chiavari. Casa ben ristrutturata e ben ubicata nella città. Servizi disponibili a pochi passi e macchina chiusa in box per entrambe le settimane di soggiorno. Possibilità di spostarsi in treno (15 minuti a piedi). Spazi per bambi disponibili in città.

Casa perfetta, pulita, accessoriata di tutto e soprattutto bella. Accoglienza sopra ogni aspettativa, il proprietario si e' preoccupato di organizzare il mio arrivo mandandomi una mappa da seguire per raggiungere la casa, e chiamandomi piu' volte per assicurarsi dell'orario di arrivo. Sinceramente sono stato sorpreso. Ho risparmiato rispetto un hotel ma con una comodità e libertà decisamente superiore. Grazie a Ugo

Molto comoda, pratica e accessoriata

L'appartamento è molto pulito, accessoriato di tutto, pratico e comodo per negozi e servizi. Il proprietario è estremamente gentile e molto aperto ad accogliere le diverse esigenze. Insomma nulla da eccepire e tutto da consigliare soprattutto per il rapporto qualità prezzo che ho trovato davvero onesto. La casa è arredata con gusto, moderna e funzionale. Il box è comodo per lasciare l'auto e dimenticarsela perchè tutto è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima fuori stagione perchè si può godere di una Chiavari un po' meno caotica. Bequem, modern, praktisch und tolle Lage in der Nähe vom Zentrum und nicht weit weg vom Strand. Ich empfehle die Wohnung und außerdem der Vermieter ist total nett

Tutto molto bello, casa appena ristrutturata, due bagni, cucina super accessoriata, graditissimo il box per dimenticarsi la macchina e andare sempre a piedi. Tutto a portata di mano, mare, parco giochi, negozi, farmacia, la pasticceria panificio Barbieri sotto casa é pericolosa per i kg di focaccia e torte che passando per rientrare a casa si devono necessariamente prendere!! buonissimi I proprietari sono disponibili e cortesi. Disponibilità anche del servizio spiaggia con piscina. Due belle settimane al mare! Grazie

Ottima sistemazione

L'appartamento e' nuovo e pulitissimo,i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.Sotto casa ci sono tutti i negozi e tre supermercati,i famosi portici sono a 50 metri ed il mare a circa 300 metri.I proprietari ci hanno fornito un'elenco di posti dove cenare,molto gradito.Si puo' usufruire di un servizio quotidiano di pulizia.In zona il parcheggio e' difficoltoso,ma l'appartamento comprende un box che risolve il problema.Lo consigliamo vivamente.Soggiornato un mese con famiglia e bimbo piccolo
