Fantistic!

Very nice and beautiful appartment, Location very central, view on the hills from the balcony. Nearby the centre and the beach, on walking distance. Laura is very kind and helpful. We had a great stay at this appartment. Lavagna is a very nice place to stay!! Kind regards, Brigitte

Everything is like in the description (or better). A huge, nice and good located (not far to the beach, the stores and the train station) appartement with parking space. And Laura, you are a very kind and helpful landlady. We had a wonderful stay and would like to come back someday.

A wonderful apartment

Laura is a very welcoming, vivacious and giving host (first time I was greeted with a gift). The apartment is every tourist's dream: spaces well divided, located in a quiet location, with a big free parking lot, and just a few steps away from restaurants, stores, produce market, fair (on Thursdays), supermarkets, train station and the beach. Thank you Laura for this dream vacation, we will surely recomment this apartment to all our friends. Hope to meet again soon!

Vacanze tranquille

Posizione: a 5 minuti dal centro in zona tranquilla.Casa: è un appartamento un po' datato, ma pulito e funzionale. I letti sono molto comodi. L'appartamento è molto fresco nonostante manchi l'aria condizionata, perché il sole batte solo al mattino, ma in ogni stanza ci sono i ventilatori a soffitto. Il balcone che si affaccia sulle colline, alla sera è molto fresco.Cucina: è dotata di tutti gli utensili e pentolame. Il frigorifero funziona bene.Check-in e checkout perfetti. La host è molto gentile e disponibile.L'unica cosa che manca è il wifi.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung in Lavagna sehr wohl gefühlt - Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, großer Balkon, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt mit charmanten Geschäften und zum Strand. Für uns als Familie mit Kindern perfekt. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Grazie, Laura! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Lavagna. Durch eine schmale gemütliche Gasse mit vielen kleinen Geschäften gelangt man in ca 450 m direkt zum Strand. Der Strand ist nicht besonders breit, aber ausreichend. Lavagna ist ebenfalls ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Genua und zu den Dörfern der cinque terre.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber und verfügt über alles Nötige. Strand und Innenstadt mit diversen Supermärkten sind gut und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin erwies sich als freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Wohnung, wunderbare Vermieterin

Die Wohnung ist super. Sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich, hat alles was man braucht. Wir hatten zu fünft ausreichend Platz. Die Lage ist richtig gut. Strand, City, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist einfach nur toll dort in Lauras Wohnung.

Perfekte Familienferien

Wir durften als Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern unsere Ferien in dieser perfekt gelegenen Wohnung verbringen. Laura hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Besonders dankbar waren wir für das Babybett und die perfekt eingerichtete Küche. Der Strand und der Bahnhof sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und noch näher liegt das Stadtzentrum mit vielen tollen Läden.

Magnifico alloggio a Lavagna

L'appartamento é idealmente localizzato in prossimità del centro di Lavagna, a pochi passi dai principali monumenti e commerci. Tuttavia beneficia della tranquillità di un quartierino calmo, senza passaggio eccessivo ed essenzialmente residenziale (si puo' dormin re con le finestre aperte senza essere disturbati da rumori molesti). La vista sulle colline circonstanti é particolarmente suggestiva e riposante. L'ampio balcone, fornito di numerose piante aromatiche, é protetto da tende avvolgibili, che rendono la casa fresca nelle ore più calde del giorno. Le camere sono spaziose e ben fornite di mobilio e prese di corrente. L'insieme cucina-soggiorno é idealmente pensato per offrire tutte le comodità a chi vi abita. Il bagno é pulito ed in ordine. Gli equipaggiamenti sono completi (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, ampio frigorifero con congelatore, forno, stoviglie, ecc.), moderni e di prima qualità. Difficile pensare a qualcosa di più ...

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und stellt alles Notwendige für einen gelungenen Urlaub zur Verfügung inkl. neuer Waschmaschine. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg am Strand, am Bahnhof und im Zentrum. Zudem gibt es sehr nette Nachbarn sowie eine sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Diese Wohnung ist ohne Bedenken zu empfehlen.

Bella vacanza

Abbiamo appena soggiornato in cinque (di cui due bambine), per una settimana, nella casa "la Formica Azzurra". Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è accogliente, fresca e silenziosa. Molto pulita. Si trova in una posizione assai comoda, vicinissima al carrugio e a tutti i suoi negozi. Molto comoda anche per raggiungere velocemente il mare a piedi. Le due camere da letto sono molto graziose e spaziose.La proprietaria è gentilissima e davvero molto disponibile. Sicuramente una casa da consigliare.

Traumurlaub in Italien

Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug/Mietwagen angereit sind, hatten wir nur wenig Gepäck und waren auf die Wohnungsausstattung angewiesen. Wohnung liegt zentral in Lavagna in der Nähe von Supermärkten, Läden, Bars, Restaurants. Strände innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Neuer Aufzug im Haus ist vorhanden.

Appartement très bien situé : proche du centre, proche de la mer; quartier et immeuble très calmes. Très spacieux, muni de toutes les commodités utiles. Laura s'est montré très disponible, présente juste ce qu'il faut pour nous indiquer les commerçants chez qui acheter moins chers, les lieux à visiter, et joignable en cas de problème. Même si l'absence de wifi peut manquer aux ados, cela permet de faire une coupure avec la technologie pendant les vacances. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines et c'était parfait : merci beaucoup Laura!
