Wonderful place! We had one little issue with the WiFi and Josh was on top of it immediately. If he were selling the place, we would be interested. Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay here. The home is spotless, nicely renovated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything required for a comfortable visit. It’s in an ideal location for exploring both Beaufort and Hilton Head. The view of the marina and marsh from the back porch is stunning; our only minor suggestion to the host is to trim the lower branches of the tree to completely unblock that million-dollar view. We would absolutely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The deck gave us a fabulous view of the marina and the light show that the afternoon thunderstorms provided. The property was very clean and convenient to shopping and local attractions. The lovely little neighborhood looks like something from a storybook. The four stars for communication was because the host took over 24 hrs to get back to us with a valid WiFi password. He did however respond promptly when we locked ourselves out of the cottage on the first day of our visit. There are 3 TVs on the property, none of which we could get to work. This wasn’t a big issue for us, but it might be for some. I highly recommend this cottage, and our family would absolutely consider booking it again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Joshua and Stephanie’s VRBO! Communication with them was flawless. This wonderful, well-appointed home is in a safe and peaceful development with friendly neighbors and a gorgeous view of the Beaufort River. The home is located in an area steeped in history, culture and natural beauty.

Great Property

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. Great location close to many of the area attractions. The property itself was very comfortable and had anything you might need. We hope to stay there again.

Perfect location. The house was extremely comfortable and the sunrises were incredible. We loved the neighborhood and that Marker 244 was in walking distance. Great communication. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

The Perfect Vacation

Easy check in and house was perfect. Location was great and close to many islands, towns and adventures. We enjoyed shopping in Beaufort, Sands Island and walking in Port Royal, Huntington island lighthouse and so much more. Great places to eat nearby and plenty of stores. The neighbors were all pleasant and the marina next door had great food. The perfect vacation.

Relaxing Getaway!

Perfect for our family vacation. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, but with easy access to dinning, shopping, and various entertainment venues. It's very well stocked with the essentials and then some, making it feel like home away from home. The views were incredible. We loved our stay in Port Royal!

Charming Cottage Getaway

Perfectly located cottage neighborhood surrounded by moss draped live oaks with stunning sunrises over the river and marshes. The beds are indescribably comfortable so don’t sleep in and miss them!
