Furthermore, in the entrance hall/distribution corridor, there is both a dryer and a washing machine. In addition to a toilet, sink, and shower, the cottage's second bathroom also has a spa and sauna.The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes induction hobs, a separate oven and microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 1-59 l freezer, and coffee maker. The window facade provides beautiful daylight to the living room and dining table. The living room has a smart TV, Bluetooth, wood-burning stove, and wireless internet. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which is heated by an energy-efficient air/water heat pump. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds. There is also a loft with two mattresses and a TV with Chromecast.The cottage is located on a beautiful 927 m2 natural plot, so there is plenty of space for play and games in the garden. For younger guests, there is a sandbox and swing set. On the side of the house, there is an outdoor shower, which is perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach.Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the garden furniture or in the sun loungers, and as evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the covered terrace while conjuring up a delicious meal on the gas grill.There is a charging station for electric cars Type 2-IEC 62196-2Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
