Located in the city's Central district, this neighborhood is characterized by being one of Madrid's most authentic and distinctive areas. A place where cultures from all over the world have always coexisted and which in recent years has been gaining more prominence thanks to the recovery of its venues, businesses, and new accommodations by young and entrepreneurial people making life in the area.

From the apartment, you can easily walk to both the most important cultural sites in the city, such as the Reina Sofía Museum and the Prado Museum, and iconic places like La Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Gran Vía.



The apartment:

This charming apartment with capacity for 4 people is equipped with a modern fully-equipped American kitchen with elements such as refrigerator, microwave-oven, dishwasher, and everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay.

The living room, elegantly integrated into the kitchen space, features a comfortable double sofa bed, a modern and artistic decoration, television, and two excellent exterior balconies that provide freshness and plenty of light to the apartment.

Coinciding with the minimalist character in which the space is fully utilized, a custom-made table has been built into the living room furniture, which can be installed and uninstalled as convenient for the client.

The cozy room with a view of the quiet inner courtyard of the building has a comfortable double bed, underneath which there is a custom-made walk-in closet. Additionally, the apartment features a convenient full bathroom with a shower.

There is air conditioning in all the rooms of the apartment.
The crib is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

Important: on this floor, only bookings of 30 nights or more are accepted, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions provided at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding authorization from the Municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi, or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
