This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, five minutes from Gran Vía, San Bernardo Street and Plaza de España, in a young and very trendy neighbourhood surrounded by shops, restaurants and charming cafés.
From the apartment it is possible to visit on foot most of the places of interest in Madrid: starting a route from Plaza de Callao, you can walk to Puerta del Sol, have a bite to eat in Plaza Mayor and from there explore the neighbourhoods of La Latina and Las Letras until you reach the Prado Museum.

A very bright duplex apartment, with capacity for 6 people.
The most striking thing about this apartment is undoubtedly the dedication with which it has been decorated and furnished, so that those who occupy it feel at home… or even better!
You are in a very well-preserved old building equipped with a lift from the mezzanine.
On the ground floor we find a comfortable lounge with a double sofa bed and a cheerful kitchen, all integrated into a modern open-plan space characterised by original decorative details: the gilded frame around the television, the world map on the wall or the pop trend cushions… everything contributes to creating interiors with charm and personality.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both are attic rooms and very quiet, each equipped with a built-in wardrobe, bedside table and full-length mirror.
On the same floor there is a complete bathroom with a bathtub and a peaceful private terrace, the ideal corner to enjoy the best view of Madrid's rooftops.
The apartment is equipped with Internet and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
The handover of the apartment keys will take place directly at our offices on Augusto Figueroa Street 4, ground floor, between 15:00 and 19:00.
In case of arriving after 19:00, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for key handover.
Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR in cash.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
