Lovely and peaceful 1 bedroom apartment with west facing balcony and shared pool, located only a few minutes walk to Lagos Marina and the beach.

This recently renovated apartment is located in a relaxed condominium with large shared swimming pool and sun loungers, only a few hundred metres from Lagos Marina!

The open plan kitchen-dining-living space is bright and leads out onto the Westerly-facing balcony. Enjoy the beautiful sea view from the breakfast bar table! The sofa bed can sleep one child for an extra fee of €5 per night.

The bedroom has a king sized zip-and-link bed, which can be separated into two twin beds, a built-in wardrobe and access to the balcony. The bathroom has been beautifully renovated to the highest standard.

Among the features of the apartment are Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Easy and free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and access is via the stairs, as the building has no elevator.

One of the best features of the apartment is it's location. You can easily walk to most highlights Lagos has to offer: Lagos Marina (4 minutes), Meia Praia Beach (12 minutes), train station (5 minutes), farmers market (10 minutes), supermarket (7 minutes), central bus station (10 minutes) and historic old town (20-25 minutes).
