Welcome to a charming holiday home in the heart of Skåne, located in the idyllic town of Perstorp. This newly built, modern house of 134 square meters offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, and is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The house has two floors and is carefully planned to meet all needs.
On the first floor you will find the well-equipped kitchen and the open living room creating a pleasant atmosphere for socializing and sharing meals. There is also a toilet with a bathtub, where you can enjoy a relaxing bath, and a bedroom with a double bed.
On the second floor there are two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a single bed. There is also a practical toilet with a shower.
Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can enjoy meals in the open air and experience wonderful summer evenings. The garden is a place for relaxation with a private pool for a refreshing dip and a cozy little place with a fireplace, perfect for gathering around a fire and enjoying starry nights.
Perstorp is located in the middle of the Skåne countryside and is a perfect starting point for a peaceful and active holiday. There are plenty of opportunities for both relaxation and experiences.
The area offers beautiful nature with forests, lakes and hiking trails, perfect for walks, running and cycling. Nearby is Söderåsen National Park, one of Skåne's most popular natural areas, with dramatic ravines, viewpoints and well-marked trails.
For those who like swimming and fishing, there are several lakes and bathing areas in the vicinity. During the summer it is easy to find quiet places for a picnic, sun and nature experiences.
