A double bedroom (with an extra bed), a bedroom (with a bunk bed—a single bed above a queen-size bed), a dining room, and a living room (with a sofa bed), all featuring large windows, overlook the street. The kitchen, equipped with a gas oven, and the bathroom, featuring a bidet and shower stall, overlook the green inner courtyard. Independent heating and air conditioning units quickly adjust the temperature as needed (reasonable energy consumption is requested). Paid parking is available nearby, including spaces for electric vehicles. High-speed Wi-Fi. An older washing machine and dryer are available for use if needed.

Un appartement en rez-de-chaussée très bien placé, avec beaucoup de lignes de bus pour les différents quartiers de Rome. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Adapté pour les familles nombreuses.
