To access the villa there is a path which is 74cm wide. The front door has a width of 79cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 125cm wide. The path to the poolside is 73cm wide. The patio is flat, however there are 6 steps to get to the poolside from the covered terrace. Alternatively, you could avoid steps by accessing the pool area via the front of the house. The lawn area is on a slight incline. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 78cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 78cm.
