Overall, this stay made us feel very nervous. The owner never responded to any of my questions or messages before my stay. The provided key box number, door lock code, and Wi-Fi were all incorrect… When we arrived, the bed still had the previous guest’s sheets, and there was trash and used towels left in the room. I contacted both the owner and Vrbo customer service, but the room wasn’t cleaned until two days after we checked in. The owner’s response in emergencies is very slow. Additionally, since there are many stairs and no lifts, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. The only positive thing was the location…
