Location
This holiday home is located in the charming town of Huisduinen, within walking distance of the beach, the beautiful dune area, and various restaurants. Huisduinen has a historic centre, and the dike and the “Lange Jaap” lighthouse are notable landmarks. Supermarkets, the Willemsoord entertainment district, and city centre Den Helder are just a 10- to 15-minute bike or car ride away.

The home
Duinweg 13 accommodates two guests and a maximum of one dog.
Upon entering, you’ll pass through the entryway into the cosy living room. There you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a dining area, and a spacious open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and a kettle. Next to the kitchen is the utility room, where you’ll find a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, and a half-bath.
The stairs lead to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms and the bathroom are located. The master bedroom features a double bed and ample closet space. The second bedroom is furnished with a small double bed (120x200). The simple bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit.
In addition to the aforementioned amenities, the home features a spacious, fully fenced yard. There is a shed available for storing bicycles, and you can park your car on the property or on the street in front of the house.

Additional fee for a dog: €30 per week.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.
