Our experience at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. We encountered multiple issues during our stay — the water was mostly cold, Wi-Fi didn’t work for over a day (which made it extremely difficult to get transportation or communicate), and there were leaks in the bathrooms. The house was also not as clean as expected upon arrival.Despite these problems, the host charged my card without approval and refused to provide any reimbursement. To make matters worse, she falsely claimed we left the home “a mess,” which is simply not true. We took out all of our trash, cleaned the dishes, and left the property in good condition.Communication from the host was difficult throughout our stay, and we felt ignored when trying to resolve these issues. Overall, this was not the relaxing experience we expected, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to both the property and the management.
