The bedroom where my elderly mother slept, was in the basement, they advertised falsely, pic for bedroom window was fake, lit up and showed it completely different, should be illegal to represent false, stair railing to bedroom was not there, very dangerous, couldn’t cook it caused complete power loss, more than once. Nothing for cooking utensils or amenities. Shower and toilet were very loud, even when not being used.
