Don't stay there

I booked this property almost 2 months in advance. The host (Jairo) canceled the reservation the night before leaving me and my family in a very bad situation. Extremely unprofessional and reliable. Do your self a favor and avoid booking this property at allncost.

My Reservation was charged and confirmed by VRBO and once I was in town to ccheck in I was informed the house was not available. I had 4 other adults ready to stay in the house with me only to cancel on them because I couldn’t find another place. It was impossible to connect with the home owner and he responded at the last minute. VRBO now requires I pursue the cancellation and when you’re traveling abroad is very difficult to connect if you don’t have long distance service. Now it’s a job to request my reimbursement which gave more headaches than provided a service. The announcement of the location is also misleading for this house. False advertising. Very disappointing!
