Private Old Town Scottsdale 3 Bed 2 Bath Home

April – I’m disappointed myself to read your comments. Given that you did not reach out to me during your stay regarding any of these issues, let me take the time to address your comments below: Location: Old Town Scottsdale consists of a large area, however, this home is in walking distance to the Entertainment District. According to google maps, the home is 0.6 miles walking distance from the Old Town Entertainment district. This area includes the following restaurants and bars: Bottled Blonde, El Hefe, Hi Fi Kitchen, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, Bevvy, etc. The home is absolutely close enough to this area to walk. Home’s Condition: The home is exactly as shown in the listing pictures. The home has recently been updated with new floors, upgraded bathrooms, LED can lighting, all new furniture, and fresh paint indoors and outdoors. I have not had any other complaints on the condition or quality of the home. Cleanliness: I have a professional cleaning crew clean the home after every stay. They do a fantastic job, which several other guests have mentioned in their comments. If you had an issue surrounding the cleanliness of the home I would have addressed immediately. I take pride in this home’s cleanliness and am certain the home was in fantastic shape upon your arrival. Bedding / Pillows: Again, I have never received negative feedback on the bedding or pillows before. The pillows are standard size and the pillows and bedding are the same quality I have in my own home. Kitchen: The Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, pots and pans, plates, glasses, wine glasses, toaster, coffee maker, etc. I’m not sure what you were missing in the kitchen, and without you asking for something I could not remedy. In the future, it would be much more fruitful for you to first address your concerns with the property’s owner during your stay. If this step were taken your issues / concerns would have been addressed. Scott
