Kitchen was great to cook in. The only thing I could have used was aluminum foil. The complex is quiet and tidy. Mark was responsive. Great location.

Great visit to see my grandchildren who live in AZ. The place was wonderful. Host was responsive, pool clean and weather wonderful for daily water parks. Kitchen and bath stocked for every need. Family BBQ was wonderful on the community patio. Will be contacting Mark again for another stay soon!

This was a convenient location for a three day golf tournament at Papago Golf Course. The property was clean and close to shopping. The VRBO host was prompt at getting back to us when we needed to turn the AC down.

Apartment was nice and well described. We had difficulty adjusting the thermostat. Contacted host with no reply. The memory foam mattress in master bedroom leaned to one side. The host should contact property management about the grounds. Fresh dog poop along walkway to parked car was discusting, about a dozen dropping, as they baked in the Phoenix sun.

Great place for the value! We walked a lot to old town but also we had a car and did have a parking spot. The place was clean and very spacious for my husband and I and our two friends. Only negatives were the beds were pretty uncomfy and the AC must've been on a schedule because we'd turn it down and it would go back up at night, we all woke up sweating. But ultimately, a great place for the total price split between two couples!! I would stay here again
