Camelback House remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,100 SF condo sleeps 6 with upscale furnishings. A very short stroll within blocks finds you enjoying all that the heart of Scottsdale has to offer - Old Town with its shops & restaurants and world class shopping at Fashion Square Mall. SF Giants spring training stadium, and the newly developed Waterfront. Within 10 minute drive is Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort.

The condo has a fully furnished upgraded kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a table for 6 people. The living room is furnished with 55" LCD HDTV with 150+ Channels. The condo has free high speed WIFI. All bedrooms and dining room have ceiling fans.

The Primary bedroom has a Sealy King size pillowtop bed for a sound sleep and a 42" HDTV. Primary bedroom has en suite bathroom with shower/tub. Primary bedroom has 6 drawer dresser and bedside tables with lamps. Primary bedroom has huge closet with mirror doors. Both full bathrooms have shower/tub.

The Second bedroom has a Sealy queen size pillowtop bed and bedside tables with 2 lamps with USB charging station built-in. This bedroom has a huge closet with plenty of storage space.

There is a balcony off the living room with a bar top and 2 stools for morning coffee or happy hour!!! The living room has a Queen size pullout couch for extra guests to sleep.

The beautiful & quiet grounds include 4 heated pools, loungers and 4 BBQ areas with included gas grills & tables. A laundry area is available within 30 feet of the unit. There is 1 designated covered parking space for the condo along with ample additional guest parking.

Great property!

I stayed with a friend of mine for a long weekend. The location was great and close to many things. The condo was clean and the communication with the hosts was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend getaway

Perfect spot for a long weekend. Close to the mall. Easy driving to Scottsdale and vicinity. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Lovely private pool area with the most comfy lounge chairs! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very simple to check in and out. Highly recommend!

Great and quiet place

We loved that the place was very clean and so quiet, and really appreciated the ease of check-in, the covered parking, the containers and water-bottles available, the great kitchen, and the ice-making capabilities in the freezer. It was indeed right across from a huge shopping mall. Enjoyed the dining table and comfortable couch and quiet ceiling fans.

My daughter and I met here to experience Scottsdale resorts/spas and shopping. We could walk to shopping both at Fashion Square and Old Town. The resorts were a short ride away. It was cozy to come home to and the beds were very comfortable. Great communication with owner.

Clean, convenient to everything you need

A colleague and I stayed at the condo to complete some work projects and enjoy some leisurely time at local restaurants. Everything we needed was provided. Clean accommodations and close to downtown Scottsdale. Steve was very communicative and although we didn’t have any issues I was sure he would respond promptly should something have come up. Would absolutely book again if staying in Scottsdale.

Great location!

This condo's location is great! the showers could use an upgrade but the bathroom were clean! The kitchen could use some more wine glasses. We only saw 2. Other than those couple things it was a good place for a little girls getaway.

We had an excellent stay! Communication with owners was great! Condo has everything you may need...coffee, coffee cream, spices for cooking, every cooking appliance you may need, tons of towels and bedding. The only issue we had as Canadians was we were not able to do laundry because the app to run the washer/dryer does not recognize Canadian banks for payment Overall we would highly recommend this property A previous review had mentioned that there was no flat sheets on bed and that the coffee machine leaked...this was in fact not the case for us!

The condo was nice and clean and well stocked with needed items. It was a little worn out and one electrical outlet in the bathroom was darkened and I was afraid to use it. There was a minor incident with ants but there was spray in the pantry and once I sprayed it took care of the property and I didn’t need to follow up with the property owner. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase the travel insurance. I had to have emergency abdominal surgery and was advised by my surgeon that stairs were a no go for me. When I explained my situation to the owner he didn’t let me cancel the last week of my month long stay. So if you stay here- buy the insurance just in case!!
