Poolside view , tastefully furnished, with smart TVs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, air conditioner, heater, drip coffee maker, and all the cooking tools needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Property is located in the heart of Scottsdale.
The unit is across from the Scottsdale Fashion Square, Mall and walking distance to the AMC movie theater and some of the best restaurants in town, such as: Nobu, Toca Madera, Ocean 44, Mastro City Hall, Bourbon & Bones and so many more fabulous places to eat. You are walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, Museums, Civic Center, and Camelback Mountain.

We are centrally located to all the best Spring Training facilities and within 20 minutes of TCP WM Phoenix Open.

There is no need to rent a car unless you plan to travel outside the Scottsdale area, Uber, LYFT, and Taxis are everywhere. Walking around town is very easy to do from our unit.
Phoenix sky harbor is 20 minutes away.

This is a very chill complex, very quiet for the most part, we don’t allow pets and we don’t allow children.

This is a NO Smoking OR Vaping Unit And We DO NOT Allow Parties Or Events Of Any Kind.

This unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably, each bedroom features a King size bed with Smart TV, hotel style linens, there is 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs.

Great Location and friendly service

Overall are stay was exceptionally good! The location of this place being right across the street from the Scottsdale mall and being so close to old town Scottsdale worked out perfect for us! Would highly recommend!!

Great spot to stay!

Loved staying at this townhouse! Check in and check out were so easy, and the house was all ready for us. Great location within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and Old Town. The house was so clean and incredibly comfortable. Can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect location, immaculate condo.

The condo was immaculate, nicely appointed and very comfortable. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed and was very well organized. It was nice to have two bathrooms Beds were very comfortable and linens were very soft. Location was ideal for getting around Scottdale, walking distance to fashion square mall, restaurants etc. Definitely recommend!
