This delightful 29 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is on the ground floor, although guests must climb some stairs to reach the building.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The sleeping area is modernly decorated and includes a queen bed, a TV and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Matosinhos, a coastal gem just northwest of Porto, is a haven for beach lovers, food enthusiasts, and surfers. Known for its expansive sandy beach, Matosinhos Beach is perfect for sunbathing, water sports, or simply enjoying the sea breeze. The area is a hotspot for surfers, with excellent waves and surf schools catering to all skill levels. Along the coast, you'll find a lively promenade lined with cafes and bars, ideal for taking in the ocean views while sipping a coffee or indulging in a refreshing drink.

Matosinhos is also renowned as a culinary destination, particularly for its fresh seafood. The town's many restaurants serve grilled fish and other local delicacies, making it a must-visit for foodies. Beyond the beach and gastronomy, Matosinhos offers cultural attractions like the iconic Leixões Cruise Terminal and the striking Anémona sculpture. With its mix of coastal charm and urban vibrancy, Matosinhos provides a relaxing yet dynamic escape just a short distance from Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Brito Capelo, is just a 130-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
