I made a reservation but received no follow-up or check-in instructions prior to arrival. When I got there, there was no way to check in and no one available to provide answers. After trying to get help and getting no response, I was turned away.This left me without a place to stay, with no notice and no support. On a night when everything else was booked, this situation was incredibly stressful and avoidable.If a property cannot provide basic communication and check-in instructions, they should not accept reservations. This experience showed a complete lack of responsibility and accountability.
