Dear Diane, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're so pleased you enjoyed the apartment’s cleanliness, modern decor, and excellent location.
We appreciate your comments regarding the parking. While the free parking just around the corner is a great bonus, we understand the 15-minute limit for luggage drop-off can be a bit restrictive. This rule is set by the building management and is unfortunately outside our control. However, guests are always welcome to collect the key first and then head to the parking, which can help make the process easier. We also do our best to inform guests in advance so they can plan accordingly.

Nice new flat
Smart 1 bed flat. Lots of space for 2 people. Comfortable bed. Good for short stay. No patio or balcony unlike description. Convenient parking. It was difficult to find the reception to collect the parking permit - we went up a different staircase. You need to find the staircase forward from the lockbox.

Thanks for your feedback Fiona. We are working towards having the key and parking permit in the same lockbox to simplify the check in process. With respect to the deck/patio, this is communal and situated on the 4th floor. Apologies if this was not clear from the description.
