This cosy house has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen diner and a gorgeous relaxing garden.
The house is in a great location near excellent transport and convenient shops. Supermarkets, fast food shops, cafés and a pharmacy are all within a 2 minute walk.
The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is less than 10 mins by car. Not forgetting Westfield Shopping City with it's designer shops, restaurants and Casino.
Leyton underground station is a short 10 minute bus ride. The Central line will take you straight to the heart of London in 25 minutes.
The Leytonstone Tavern is a family friendly pub serving great hot. Even better it's a short 10 minute walk from the property.

Thank you Todd for your review however I would like to take issue with your comments on a few points.
1. Towels. Every bed has a towel folded and placed upon it. 8 beds equal 8 towels. There is always an absolute minimum of 8 towels in the house.
2. Toilet tissue. 3 rolls of toilet tissue in the ground floor bathroom and 4 rolls of tissue in the upstairs bathroom. A further 4 spare rolls are stored in the kitchen cupboard. A total of 11 rolls of toilet tissue. Your stay was for 4 nights!
3. Filtered water. British Tap water is extremely safe to drink. The UK's tap water supply is amongst the safest worldwide, with strict regulations in place to maintain its very high quality.
4. The house is not 'small' unless compared to Buckingham Palace then I guess you can refer to it as small. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen diner. Not small. Fully stocked kitchen. An array of pots & pans, crockery, cutlery, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer. Beautiful relaxing garden with decking, garden furniture, large cantilever (large umbrella) and barbeque.
5. Bare bones, no frills etc. Please also see point 4.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay has been provided. So I can't think what you're eluding to.
