Communication with the property management company was terrible. It could only happen directly by phoning them and not through VRBO. That said, once we realized that, it was much better. Apartment itself was open and spacious but there is no A/C. There's also a lingering smell of cigarettes from before but I suppose that's Paris for you. Finally, everytime we turned the stove on, we couldn't put anything else on in the room or it would trip the electric box.

DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e nous sommes entrĂ©s en contact avec votre service de conciergerie Check My Guest pour leur exposer la situation, signifier notre insatisfaction et demander le remboursement du sĂ©jour car il Ă©tait inconcevable de rester dans cet appartement tant le manque d'entretien et d'hygiene Ă©taient inacceptables. Nous sommes entrĂ©s dans un appartement qui ressemblait Ă  un squat : poubelles qui jonchent le sol, frigidaire rĂ©pugnant, aucun mĂ©nage effectuĂ©, le matelas, couettes et oreillers Ă©taient tachĂ©s, une odeur nausĂ©abonde... un simple mĂ©nage et des draps propres ne sont pas suffisants ... la literie est juste insalubre. Nous sommes scandalisĂ©s et abasourdis que vous osiez proposer des logements dans de telles conditions. Quel manque de respect pour vos clients ! Il me semble que la profession doit quand meme respecter certains standards en terme d'hygiĂšne ... vous en ĂȘtes trĂšs trĂšs loin !!! Nous sommes encore plus choquĂ©s de la mĂ©diocritĂ© de votre service client ... depuis le 28 juin, personne ne rĂ©pond a notre rĂ©clamation, personne n'assume ses responsabilitĂ©s : ni vous, ni Check my guest, ni abritel. C'est un peu facile d'ignorer ses clients lorsqu'ils ont payĂ© l'intĂ©gralitĂ© du sĂ©jour Ă  l'avance et Ă  l'aveugle. c'est tout simplement une arnaque. Je peux vous faire suivre les diffĂ©rents emails echangĂ©s et photos qui dĂ©montrent de notre terrible expĂ©rience. Merci de procĂ©der au remboursement comme demandĂ© depuis le 28 juin. Nous n'avons jamais sĂ©journĂ© dans cet appartement et rendu les clĂ©s, 30 minutes aprĂšs notre arrivĂ©e. Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© 5 nuits pour cet appartement, proposĂ© par votre partenaire Belvilla et gĂ©rĂ© par checkmyguest Ă  Paris.Nous avons rĂ©glĂ© la totalitĂ© Ă  la rĂ©servation: 2106Nous n’avons pas sĂ©journĂ© dans l’appartement compte tenu des conditions d'hygiĂšne dĂ©plorable (cf photos), nous avons immĂ©diatement contactĂ© checkmyguest pour exposer la situation et leur demander l’annulation et le remboursement du sĂ©jour. Nous leur avons adressĂ© les photos.Nous avons dĂ» Ă  la derniĂšre minute trouver une solution de logement alternative Ă  nos frais. La situation dans laquelle nous nous sommes trouvĂ©s a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs contrariante et stressante et financiĂšrement dommageable.Dans les premiers Ă©changes par mails, notre interlocuteur chez checkmyguest nous a dit comprendre notre demande et faire le nĂ©cessaire auprĂšs du gestionnaire de l’appartement pour obtenir le remboursement.Il est dĂ©sormais de mauvaise foi, prĂ©textant que c’est un simple retard de mĂ©nage. Cela fait 5 jours que nous n'avons plus de nouvelles et nous n'avons reçu aucun remboursement.C’est une triple peine : - la sidĂ©ration d’entrer dans un appartement qui ressemble Ă  un squat- le stress de devoir trouver une solution, de logement alternatif Ă  la derniĂšre minute et Ă  nos frais- devoir se battre pour obtenir le remboursement de la location qui a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©glĂ© en avance. Nous avons le sentiment d’avoir Ă©tĂ© abusĂ©s par des personnes sans scrupules, sans respect pour leurs clients et cupides.
