Porte de Versailles within walking distance! Enjoy this spacious and bright apartment with a balcony and no overlooking neighbors, at the gates of Paris and in a quiet area. The building is set back from the street, just steps from the metro (line 12) Porte de Versailles and Balard (line 8), tramway, with no noise disturbances. The exhibition center is within walking distance, and your travels are made easy. This spacious 26 m² studio is located on the first floor of a 4-star ADAGIO residence and consists of an entrance, a living-dining area, a private bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, an equipped kitchenette, and two 80 cm beds and a sofa bed ( for a kid only) in the same room. Balcony not directly overlooked. You will have a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, flat-screen TV, microwave, and radio. All within a beautiful 4-star residence with services: reception, lounge, breakfast, luggage storage, lounge, laundry, and private parking. Equipped kitchen, lounge.

Logement conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipé, dans lequel nous avons passé un très bon week-end. Rue calme, appartement bien insonorisé. Le petit balcon est très agréable. Arrivée et départ en autonomie. Quartier et résidence dans lesquels on se sent parfaitement en sécurité. Séjour passé au mois de juillet.

Nous sommes venus à Paris pour la semaine à un salon Porte de Versailles. Le quartier est très agréable, très proche des salons , et on se sent plus à la maison que dans un hôtel. Possibilité de faire la cuisine dans le studio . L'accès est très facile, et il y a une possibilité de parking privé couvert ce qui est très pratique pour acheminer du matériel sur le salon (un Traffic de chez Renault passe) .

Séjour trés agéable

Je viens régulièrement sur Porte de Versailles pour des salons en tant qu'exposant. Et cet appartement est parfait (5 minutes de parc des expositions) . C'est plus spacieux qu'une chambre d'hôtel , et comme je reste à chaque fois 4 jours c'est beaucoup plus chaleureux qu'une chambre d hôtel, Il y a une petite kitchenette . J 'envisage même de revenir avec mes enfants pour un séjour avec mes enfants. Il y a une possibilité de mettre en plus sa voiture en sécurité dans un parking sous terrain !
