This is a great place to stay! We thouroghly enjoyed it and were happy to b there. We would definitely go back. Reccomd to anyone who is visiting Paris and wants a good value. It’s a little far from the center but with the metro nearby it’s no big deal.

This apartment was perfect for two of us! So easy to get to all the public transit in the area, the elevator made getting luggage to the apartment an absolute breeze! There is a grocery store close by as well as a bakery right on the corner down the street. The host is so kind and helpful and made check in and out so easy!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It was extremely functional, well-organized, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our trip. The location was incredibly convenient, and we always felt safe both in the building and the surrounding area.One of the highlights was the owner’s amazing communication—clear, responsive, and helpful from start to finish, which made everything seamless and stress-free.Getting around was very easy, as we were able to take the bus almost everywhere. It provided quick access to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and popular sightseeing spots, making our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Very good property with close by public transport

Very bright and nicely decorated property. With good facilities in flat. Owner’s communication was very good from start to end. Very nice gentleman. Property is close by M line 14 and 13 with access to RER. Not far from CDG airport. It has couple of mini markets near flat with nice sandwich shop.

Rooms were clean and exactly as pictures show. Stephanie communicated very nicely with me. The only complaint I have is that their vrbo description says that there are no hidden fees or charges but at the end of my stay wanted to charge me for linens and towels. I was able to talk with them and thankfully agreed that it was not acceptable to me

Bei der Ankunft war alles ganz easy mit dem einchecken, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Metro war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen, Einkäufe waren auch in der Nähe. L'appartement est très bien placé (lignes 13 et 14 et RER), propre et conforme à la description. La place de parking est un vrai plus, notre voiture n'a pas bougé de toute notre semaine parisienne où nous nous sommes déplacés uniquement en métro. Echanges fluides avec le propriétaire, très sympathique. Quartier calme, épiceries et superettes proches pour dépanner quand il manque quelque chose. Très satisfaits, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous gardons l'adresse pour de futurs séjours parisiens.

L'appartement est parfaitement bien placé. Ligne de métro directe à l'arrivée de Montparnasse et Bercy.C'est un plaisir de rentrer à pied du Stade de France au lieu de prendre les transports ! L'appartement est agréable, il correspond bien aux photos. Il est bien équipé, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin en vacances. L'immeuble est très calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité pour les courses de première nécessité.Le contact avec le propriétaire est très facile et il est disponible en cas de besoin.Je ne manquerais pas de partager cette adresse et nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain événement au Stade de France. Ca. 20 Minuten mit der Metro vom Eiffelturm entfernt (Haltestelle Saint-Denis – Pleyel) Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, ca. 5-7 Minuten. Die Wohnung hat einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz (etwas eng mit großem Auto, aber machbar) von da kommt man mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung.Die Wohnung ist frisch reserviert und es ist alles vorhanden. Schlafzimmer mit 1,40er Bett (gute Matratze) im Wohnzimmer Schlafcouch für zwei Personen. Schnelles WLAN und großer Fernseher, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.Wie fanden die Wohnung super geeignet für Tage Paris.Stephane der Vermieter ist super nett und kümmert sich, er spricht gut Englisch. In der Straße gibt's paar Läden (Café, Bäcker, Grill) Preis Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall.

Juste parfait!!!

Très beau condo rénové et bien équipé! On ne peut plus fidèle a la description! Ligne de métro 13 et 14 a proximité, permettant d'être au centre-ville en quelques minutes! Quartier sécuritaire avec plein d'épiceries et de restos. Le stationnement est parfait et surper utile!! Sur un point constructif et sans changer quoi que ce soit a notre appréciation, un systeme plus simple pour le recyclage et les poubelles nous auraient permis de mieux ranger notre depart :-)

Séjour entre amies

Nous sommes venues à quatre à Saint-Denis pour assister à des concerts au Stade de France. Grâce au logement de M. et Mme Luong, notre séjour a été des plus agréables. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et parfait pour quatre personnes. La communication avec le propriétaire a été facile : il est très réactif, flexible et très gentil. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons ! Merci beaucoup pour ce super séjour !
