Apartement is located on the first floor without elevator.

Please feel free to use all the amenities. We provide towels if requisted.

You can check in between 14:00 and 21:00, we will meet you to hand over the keys, or you will have to take them at a laundromat just behind the apartement (2 minutes walk). When checking out before 11H, please leave the keys on the table.

Incredible location!

The location of this apartment allowed us to walk the majority of the places we wanted to go. Very close to several grocery stores, and native shops. Especially liked getting to retreat to the local neighborhood for dinner at the end of the day- try Enza Famiglia for sure! Bathroom is true European size (very tight).

Lovely Paris apartment

Great place for two a mere 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes from the metro, and 5 minutes from a great grocery store with bakery & coffee. Very comfortable place to be in a quiet part of Paris. If possible we will be back. Highly recommended.

Great location

Really great location, 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower and Trocadero. One double bed in bedroom and one double futon in living room. Excellent communication from host. On busy road with traffic noise overnight but didn't detract from a great stay. Some gorgeous deli's and cafe's a couple of minutes away. Thanks for a super break.

Rachael is the very best VRBO hostess. Flat is small but efficient and nicely located in an urban neighborhood. Note "urban". Very busy during the day. We'd stay here again because of Rachael's care and convenient shopping

Well-equipped and comfortable flat. One bedroom with a French bed and a sofa bed in the living room, both very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen including espresso machine with pods, tea bags, kettle and microwave. Impeccable cleanliness. Perfect location: a 20-minute walk to the Tour Eifel and La Muette metro station a short distance away. Rachael was always very responsive and helpful, even before the stay with useful advice.

Our stay in Paris

Location great. Clean, but very tiny. Toilet room so small you have to back in. There were no instructions for any of the appliances, nor any suggestions on where to eat, or shop. Rachel did get back to us very quickly on all of our inquiries. We were also allowed to drop off our bags early, so we could enjoy the afternoon strolling to the Eiffel Tower. Thanks Rachel

Well appointed and convenient

The apartment was well appointed, kitchen seemed recently redone w/ modern appliances, manuals for which were available in the counter beneath the (beautiful!) induction cooktop. The washer/drier worked, hot water was available and came on quickly. The heating system was not working due to a building wide problem, however the bedding was sufficiently warm, and the bed comfortable, and the hosts have offered a refund of the cleaning deposit in exchange, which seems fair. The neighborhood was pleasant and congenial. We were only a few doorways away from a location of La Grande Epicerie, a wonderful gourmet food shop.

Super location

The flat is amazingly close to the Eiffel Tower and my son was thrilled that we could just walk over. We only ended up staying for a day in Paris (although 3 nights were planned) but even so, there was enough time to sort everything out. The communication was great and the key pick up easy to figure out. For the details: the bed was great. And the shower too. The kitchen was an amazing example of getting everything you need in a very small space. The bathroom is similarly tiny though and as a larger person it was a bit uncomfortable. And as others have pointed out there is no air conditioning. I mentioned being a bit worried about this and she was great in making sure there was a fan available.

Great Location

Now don't get me wrong this place is not flash its not glitzy its not even big but it is simply close to what most people want, le Eiffel and in an easy 10 mins walk you are there, there are plenty of good shops 2 mins away and its easy to find, especially after Racael meet us at the metro stop. I admit the kitchen is challenging and the seperate toilet is ah ...compact shall we stay . I loved it here and Rachael was a great host

Lovely apartment within easy access of the metro & the Eiffel Tower

Apartment is small but lovely & is in a nice area for walking. Supermarket is close by. Instructions for checking in could have been a bit clearer but the host is super responsive. Air conditioning would have been nice.

My dad and I stayed for a brief visit. We slept great and hit the highlights Paris has to offer. The owner was fabulous with communication! Check-in includes using a key dispenser at a local business, which was new for me. I would definitely stay here again.
