Location: located in Petritoli, near Fermo, immersed in the heart of the enchanting and colorful hills of the Marche region. A few minutes drive from the center of Fermo and about 15 km from the beaches of the Adriatic coast.



Description: wonderful country-style single villa on two levels with patio and large external courtyard.

Ground floor: entrance onto large living room with double sofa bed and dining table - second living room with corner sofa, fireplace, TV and sofa bed - separate kitchen with dishwasher and dining table - complete bathroom with shower cubicle.

Upper floor: master bedroom with double bed and large balcony with view - second bedroom with French bed - third bedroom with two single beds - study with double sofa bed - bathroom with shower cubicle.

Washing machine, parking space and wi-fi. Pets not allowed.

The villa is characterized by large and harmonious internal spaces, fascinating high ceilings and a wonderful view of the Marche hills.

Self check-in - via box with keys for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival. Prepayment by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.



The price includes:

- rental

- consumption of water, electricity and gas

- 24 hour on-site assistance

- initial and final cleaning

- the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
