Beautiful Secluded Converted Breton Farmhouse with Pool Generous grounds/gardens

Set in the middle of the countryside of the' Montagnes Noires' region, this beautifully restored Breton Farmhouse, set in its own grounds and mature gardens, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for groups and families, sleeping up to 16 people (plus Babies!).
Our heated Swimming Pool provides a weatherproof amenity with its own removable housing/cover. The pool is shared and is available from Easter to the end of September. The terrace is well equipped with parasols, tables and chairs, sun loungers, and BBQ..
This is a great place for friends getting together for celebrations as well as being a well equipped location for children and family gatherings. Large spacious accommodation with 7 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen and a utility room for washing clothes etc. The living room offers a large space for everyone to socialise and eat together as the kitchen and living room are open plan. The gardens have a generous amount of garden furniture and a number of BBQs.
Our neighbours are working farmers with many animals and our guests should respect their privacy and not trespass on to their land. Noise should be restricted to before 10PM.
There are lots of interesting activities within the local area with outstanding food, seafood -restaurants, golf, horse riding, boating, rivers and beaches (about 1/2 hour away). There are lots of local walks and plenty of shops and supermarkets close by in the local towns and villages.
