Close to where we needed to be, flat was clean and had all amenities. Stayed on a Saturday night so none of got any sleep due to outside noise so be prepared for that. The boiler/pipes would make a loud continuous noise when used and afterwards which also made it hard to sleep. Can’t complain for the price though.

The place was scrupulously clean but smelt strongly of smoke. A lovely table had been set up with an artificial rose and everything we may need was available, albeit the apartment was very compact. There was noise from the shisha bar underneath us and the apartment over us, but not too late. Longer curtains would be good (they only came 3/4 of the way down the window) or blackout blinds! The area was just off a busy main road and adjacent to the train line. I probably would have felt anxious if I was coming back in the dark alone, but I was travelling with a girlfriend so it wasn't too bad. We had asked for two beds to be made up but unfortunately on arrival only had one bed. I called and a lovely man apologised profusely and told me if we left the key in the key safe someone would come and sort out the sofa bed. Unfortunately at 2215 when we returned there was still only one bed. I called and left a message then received a text asking me if was urgent. When I texted explaining what I'd been told earlier I had a curt message that extra bedding was in the wardrobe, followed by "just open the wardrobe". I replied that we'd been asked to leave the keys and told someone would come in, the reply was "you serious" which we felt was both rude, disrespectful and unnecessary, especially after the lovely guy earlier had told us it would be done if we left the key! If we'd originally been told that bedding was in the wardrobe we'd have sorted it ourselves before we went out!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in London in dieser Wohnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich. Auf Anfragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert und Check-In (Schlüsselbox) und Check-Out waren super einfach.Die Wohnung selbst war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und enthielt alles, was wir für unseren viertägigen Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Lediglich „wirkt“ die Wohnung anhand der Fotos größer als sie ist. Aber für 2-3 Personen ist die Größe völlig ausreichend. Alles technische (WLAN, Herd, Mikrowelle, Heizung, Wasserkocher, etc. Hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Lediglich das sehr kleine Waschbecken im insgesamt kleinen Badezimmer war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber auch damit sind wir zurecht gekommen.Die Lage der Wohnung selbst ist ganz gut. U-Bahn-Station (Benthal Green) der Central Line ist zu Fuß in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort ist man nach zwei bis drei Stationen mitten im Zentrum von London. Bushaltestellen gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da wir diese nicht genutzt haben, wissen wir leider nicht, wie damit die Verbindung ins Zentrum ist.Supermärkte (Coop, Tesco Express), sowie Bäckerein und Restaurants sind auch im Umkreis von 300 m vorhanden.Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Lage an einer recht dicht befahrenen Straße und einer S-Bahn-Linie, weswegen es natürlich nicht so ruhig ist wie in einer Sackgasse. Damit muss man in einer Großstadt wie London aber eben rechnen.Preis/Leistung stimmt. Würden wieder buchen.
