Welcome to our home!

Located right in the middle of London, this apartment offers a comforting space away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is on the 6th floor and accessible only by stairs.

Step into our homely living room, and you'll find our sofa bed, TV, coffee table, and storage cupboards on top. The room is separate from the kitchen and has a door, so you can enjoy privacy.

Our modern kitchen has a matte grey cupboard finish for a sleek feel and a nice natural night. Thanks to the window right next to it, you'll find the small dining table surrounded by cute potted plants. Enjoy using our grill, toaster, oven, coffee machine, and washing machine!

Our bedroom is bright and homely. You'll enjoy having a good night's sleep on the double bed fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and the storage space afforded by our big wardrobe and cupboard cabinets.

The bathroom has all your essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Our home is in the heart of London, right by Bethnal Green tube station! Enjoy living in the middle of London, where you can access various shops and amenities. If you're looking to do some groceries, Tesco is located right around the corner on Bethnal Green Road, just 4 minutes walk away. Walk down Bethnal Green Road, and you'll find plenty of cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Eventually, you will reach Shoreditch High Street. The closest restaurant to our home is The Old George, a highly-rated gastropub. There is also a performing arts theatre just down the road - Oxford House in Bethnal Green. If you want to walk around in nature and greenery, you can find Museum Gardens and Bethnal Green Gardens just 3 minutes from our home!

Enjoy great access to all parts of London due to our home being strategically placed - right by Bethnal Green tube station where you can board the Central line which links you to almost all parts of central London. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby and scattered along Bethnal Green Road, the closest one being right in front of our building! A tube journey from Bethnal Green to Oxford Circus would take about 12 minutes. To get to places like Hyde Park, you can switch from the central line at Holborn and board the Piccadilly line, which should take you around 8 minutes. For drivers, paid parking is available on the property. Uber and taxis are widely available in London.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
