The Chalet has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the rest with 4 single beds. It has a bathroom with triangular bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and living - dining room with double sofa bed. The outdoor area also has parking for two cars.



It is located in a quiet area 12 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from the beach. (01/06/2026 - 30/09/2026).

It is located in a rural area, quiet and close to the city center, just 12 minutes from downtown and only 20 minutes from the beach.

A few minutes from beautiful and well known beaches such as La Playa de la Barrosa, La Playa de Sancti Petri, Playa de Camposoto, Playa del Puerco, Playa de la Fontanilla ....etc where you can enjoy the sun or water sports, karting circuit, or marina.

At 32.8 km from Cadiz, 42.10 km from Jerez or 39.10 km from El Puerto de Santa Maria. If what you like is to visit places of interest, you can visit the Plaza Mayor, the Arquillo del reloj, the Ermita de Santa Ana or take a boat trip to the islet of Sancti Petri.
