Welcome to your tranquil seaside retreat in southern Spain! This 2-bedroom villa is designed to host up to 4 guests, offering a blend of comfort, style, and a prime location near Mojacar's famous beaches and attractions.

Inside, you'll find:
- Bedroom 1: A spacious king bedroom with an ensuite featuring a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds and access to a bathroom with a tub and overhead shower.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing family meals.

Outside, relax by the swimming pool, surrounded by lush garden (the pool is undergoing maintenance and is not in use until further notice, we believe it will be finished by the end of May) . The charming terrace has furniture and sun loungers. With a private entrance and on-site parking, you’ll enjoy privacy and convenience. The villa is just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to soak up the sun and explore the coastal beauty.

- Check-in time is from 4pm. Check-out is 11am.
- No smoking within the property, if smoking outside please dispose of used cigarettes respectfully.

Can we bring our pets to the property?
Whilst we love animals the building is pet free in consideration for those with allergies.

Is there space for us to park our car?
We have parking facilities at the premises!

Can we use the property for our party?
Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.
