Renovated Top-Floor Condo With Light And Views!

Come enjoy the beauty and peace of our mountain home! This 3 bedroom (2 rooms, 1 large loft), 3 full-bath condo is fully renovated and offers a gas fireplace, tons of natural light, vaulted ceilings, and expansive views, all with a stylish, modern finish. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite modern 3/4 bathroom, and private deck with 180 degree mountain and valley views. Bedroom two has two new twin beds (one extra long), with access to the full bath in the hall. Upstairs, the huge loft includes a queen bed and another full bathroom. The condo can comfortably sleep 6 adults or a group of up to 8 kids and adults. In addition to the back deck, the huge front glass door leads to a private deck with a striking view of Buffalo Mountain. We've got lots of space for everyone to spread out and be comfy!

Our mountain home is far up the hill and "away from it all," yet just 5 minutes away from the shopping and resources of Silverthorne and Dillon, and a quick 15-minute drive from charming Frisco. There's a free bus, the Summit Shuttle, that stops just outside our parking lot.

Coming to ski? Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Loveland are all just 20 minutes away. Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin are 30 minutes away, and you can be in Vail and Beaver Creek in 40 minutes. Shop the outlets? A five minute drive or easy bus ride down the hill. Like to eat out? Silverthorne and Dillon offer a variety of local and chain restaurants, with an even larger selection just 15 minutes away in Frisco. Want to cook? City Market (Kroger brand) is close by in Dillon, and Natural Grocers and Whole Foods are both on the close end of Frisco. Our kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with the basics.

If you don't feel like driving, you can have a vacation right out the front door! Two beautiful Summit County hiking/snowshoeing trailheads, with several trail options, are just steps from the building. The well-equipped clubhouse is across the parking lot, with a pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis courts, and game tables, plus laundry facilities. If our decks aren't big enough for your outdoor plans, there's a beautiful deck at the clubhouse.

Great stay

We had a really great stay here. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with everything you could need to have a comfortable weekend away. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day that we were up there. Will visit again!

Perfect for skiers/snowboarders!

My friends and I stayed here because we wanted to be in the middle of all the ski resorts in the area. It was the perfect location with beautiful views and very convenient to the stores we needed. Loved how cozy and clean it was. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful space!

This was a great location for us to ski in Keystone and Breckenridge. The kitchen was extremely well stocked! The fireplace was so cozy and there was plenty of room for all of us (2 adults/3 teenagers). The parking lot and walkways constantly cleared of snow.

Cozy condo for ski trip

A group of three of us stayed here for a ski trip based on its convenient location. It was a wonderful condo; it was cozy and well equipped for cooking our own food, the beds were comfortable, and having three bathrooms was an excellent perk. Consistently great stay

We love this property. It's big enough for the family and a great location for us (we like being near the top of hill). The property is kept updated and in great shape. Will book again as we find ourselves back in Silverthorne year after year. Only downside this year was the construction happening in the condos next door but even that was entertaining to watch. Thanks.

Great condo with better view

Myself and 3 friends stayed in Lindsey's condo for 5 days during a corado ski trip. Her place easily fit all of us with even a little room to spare. The view from the master bedroom was unbelievable with the sun rising over the Rockies every morning. Overall would recommend 10/10

It is a very clean condo in a beautiful location. There were many extra items available for everyday use including soaps, cleaners, etc. The owner responded very promptly to all the questions we had. She kept us informed of a traffic situation that closed down the roads for hours. When we return to this area, i would love to stay there again.

Great Property

So much to love about this property. First thing my wife mention was all of the wall switches were labeled. Seems like a small thing but was great :) The condo looked recently updated and the neighbors were great, too. Loved the bathroom updates in particular and the great view of the lake from the Master. Communication with the owner was great.

Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The condo is in a great location and we had spectacular views. This condo was perfect for driving over to Keystone and Breckenridge. It was a pleasure to rent this property.

We were a group of six coming for skiing, the house is close to mayor ski areas, the access is very easy, on top of this we had a very good communication with owner, she helped me to solve some issues before arriving. Definitely is a place that we would like to be back next winter.

The sunrises and views are amazing. The house was clean and the kitchen had many utensils, pots, etc. We needed nothing. Nice amenities and very comfortable beds and living spaces. Central to all areas in Summit County. We snow shoed right off the parking lot, too! We loved our experience. The host is very helpful and available and gives great advice about activities and the area!

Comfy cozy condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo had all the amenities we needed for our two families of 4. Comfy beds, great hang out spaces to play games, watch movies and enjoy meals together. The clubhouse had everything to keep the kids entertained post ski day including hot tub, pool, ping pong and pool table. Access to snowshoeing was short walk up the road. Thoroughly recommend staying here and we look forward to doing again in the future.

We are a family of 4 living the Colorado dream. We live near Boulder and love to spend time enjoying the high mountains and have fallen in love with the Summit County area. Our kids are growing up skiing at Copper, hiking to Lily Pad Lake, and paddling around Lake Dillon. Since we can't play every weekend, we'd like to share our mountain escape with others!

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to Timber Ridge for years, as we've been lucky enough to stay with Andy's brother and his family in their unit just up the hill in building 4. After a long search in the area, we decided that the views and feeling of escaping the crowds can't be beat!

What makes this property unique

This condo is a rare gem - a top-floor unit in an established, quiet complex, with all of the amenities of a very recent, stylish renovation. (We might have the only Timber Ridge unit with the stove moved off the peninsula to make the kitchen much more useable.)
Ikea furnishings and mattresses, unique hand-made primary bed, gas fireplace in the living room, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view and local activities!
