**There is NO WIFI.** This is my fault for not reading properly, but is generally expected these days.However, the main issue is the property management company shouldn't be allowed to operate in hospitality. Botched Check-In: We were required to check-in 2 weeks ahead of time, and yet received NO check-in instructions in advance. There's NO excuse for not sending check-in instructions at least one day prior. The phone number provided to contact them is a voice message with ANOTHER number to call, which appears to be a call center that has ZERO ability to actually provide information or resolve issues. We spent hours on the phone, on hold, calling back and forth, because we weren't sure we were even going to be able to check in. The response after the fact is that they're closed on Saturdays, yet they allow check-in on Saturday, so...?Security Issue: Even after we finally got check-in instructions (at 8pm), we almost couldn't open the door because the mechanism was broken. Then, it was nearly impossible to get the door to latch. We reported this immediately and received no response. Luckily, my husband was able to repair it himself.Missing Amenities: No BBQ as advertised and the only coffee machine didn't work. There was no attempt to make these items right during our stay. Only when they were denying our modest request for a 1 night discount did they address these things (a week AFTER we left).Avoid unless a stressful vacation is what you're going for.
