Eskdale Retreat in Boot, Cumbria, sleeps 16 guests in eight bedrooms.
Eskdale Retreat offers luxury accommodation split between a main house and a coach house, with eight en-suite bedrooms. The main house includes super‑king zip/link rooms, a twin, and a bunk room, plus an open‑plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove, snug, cinema room, utility and boot room. The coach house adds two bedrooms and its own living space. Outside are private gardens, a hot tub, bike storage for 16 and EV charging for two cars. WiFi, Bluetooth sound systems and a Nespresso machine are provided, and two dogs are welcome. Private dining, guided hikes and adventure activities can be arranged. Week‑long stays apply in school summer holidays, and the minimum stay is 3 nights. No stag/hen groups or commercial gatherings.

Bedroom 2- Stanley Ghyll, ground floor,- super-king-size bed (zip/link can be twin on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. Sitting room. Neff single oven, Neff oven/microwave, Neff integrated extractor induction hob, Neff dishwasher, Neff fridge/freezer, Neff washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine. Both Main House and Coach House -. WiFi. Off-road parking for up to 8 cars. 2 x EV charging points. Secure bike storage for up to 14 bikes. Bike washing facilities. Hot Tub. Private gardens with meadow, woodland, lawns and furniture and also a fabulous Zen Den, an air-conditioned wooden garden building and table tennis. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles. There are four pubs within the valley, two of which are within easy walking distance. Services available to book via the owners (subject to availability) including -.
