It is surrounded by a garden, a dense olive grove and a swimming pool. The villa has 7 bedrooms all overlooking the enchanting landscape, decorated with authentic antiques and characterized by some clever touches of design. The stylish bathrooms are clad with precious Italian marble or ceramic hand painted crafts .All of the bedrooms and the rooms on the second floor provide air-conditioning. This rental property is in easy reach of the coastline (approx. 5 km away) and of the seaside resorts of Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi offering nice beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping facilities and nightlife.



The pool measures 10m x 5m and is open from 15 April to 15 October.

Guests will have a pool towel available. The monumental gardens provide a charming retreat with panoramic views of the Versilia, open all year round for a quiet moment to read or to stroll among the lemon trees, rose bushes and decorative fountains.

The swimming pool with umbrellas and sun beds is located on the back of the villa in the center of the garden with a view.

The property consists of a main house and a small apartment (located a few meters away) obtained from the restoration of an ancient mill (the wooden and iron mill machineries are perfectly preserved inside the house).

This small apartment is NOT included in the rental
