The villa is a large semi-detached house built in the nineteenth century, 300 meters square surrounded by a big garden fully equipped.

Guests have access to a large outdoor space for outdoor dining, in a shady garden, surrounded by a high wall that offers total privacy.

- On the first floor: entrance hall, dining room, living room, kitchen pantry.
- On the second floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with television.
- On the third floor: 3 double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, and a bathroom.

The third bathroom with shower is located in the annex near the swimming pool.

Parking spaces on the property

The Villa is located in Filettole, a town between Pisa and Lucca. The location is perfect to reach the most important cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena, the beautiful beaches of Versilia and Forte dei Marmi, and the famous area Garfagnana. It's not far from San Rossore, Massaciuccoli, and Marina di Vecchiano.

Cosy old Toscana house in quiet village location

Big Plus: Maria is a perfect hosts. We also got fast response to any inquiry from her co-host Michela. The village Filettole is a very nice quiet place with a small supermarket, bakery and pizzeria. 20 Minutes to the Riviera beaches, Pisa and Lucca. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for many people. There are plates to have breakfast, lunch as well as dinner for 30 or more people. The cooking facilities are in very good shape. (no cheap equipment). Dishwasher is from Siemens, Washing machine from LG etc. We booked this place as it has 6 rates all with 5 stars. We give 4 stars: the bath rooms are very basic. The small bathroom does not have shower walls anymore. Both bath rooms have shower curtains. It is not straight-forward to take a warm shower in the bigger bathroom as the cold and hot water tap are not running smoothly. The bigger bathroom and the kitchen have a small door frame (about 1,75m), so taller people have to watch their head. The third bath room is outside in a closeby building, When you travel October-April you should expect that 2-3 Windows in the upper floors cannot be shut air-tight. The yard gate is very narrow, so we left our car (Golf) outside. The picture suggests that you can park your car inside, but this is only valid for small cars. We had a very nice stay in October and especially enjoyed the cosy living room.

Hübsche alte Villa in günstiger Lage zwischen Meer und Inland. Liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattete Küche, Bäder etwas beengt, schöner Garten mit viel Privatsphäre. Der Bäcker in Filettole ist sehr gut. Nächster Supermarkt etwa 10km.

Lovely Italian town house

But afraid. Three cats are about and they come into the house, and jumped on two peoples beds at 4 in the morning and alarmed them especially the elderly person with us, cat also found sleeping in the babies cot, very comfortable house ,don't know if we missed the fact that you pay extra for Gas,Electric,and Water, we enjoyed our stay there , but for the CATS.

Perfect location for cyclists

We had a great week for riding throug the Toscana by bike and the house is perfect to have a good training-session there. With Villa Chiara you have perfect conditions for that, for example because of the good equipped kitchen or the shelter for the bikes. You can relax your tire legs in the pool or in the living room. The bakery in Filettole is awesome and you have also a small supermarket. The communication was easy and we had the feeling to be very welcome, thanks a lot again!
