Discover the exclusivity of renting your own vineyard on top of a hill near Segromigno in Monte, a short distance from Lucca. Podere Bordo offers a unique combination of rustic stone farmhouses and modern comforts, surrounded by lush vineyards and olive groves.
The estate consists of four carefully renovated apartments, each with its own entrance and separate furnished outdoor area. The décor is a refined mix of antique and modern, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Outside, in addition to the large olive groves, you can enjoy two large barbecue areas and several seating areas to relax (the pool is accessible from May 4 to October 12). The vast territory is ideal for cycling and walking and offers activities for all tastes.
Not far from the property is a charming village where you can shop and try traditional restaurants. The aristocratic villas in the area, often mentioned in tourist guides, are also within easy reach for a cultural excursion.
