Regular.

El aire acondicionado ofertado solo funcionava en 2 habitaciones. Una no tenía y en la otra estuvo estropeado todo el tiempo. Vinieron a arreglarlo pero no lo hicieron. Cumplir lo anunciado.

Bona Tarda Sr. Francesc, Lamentem que la seva experiència no hagi estat del tot satisfactòria,tot i el nostre esforç no hagi estat avaluat de forma justa , la nostra gestió ha estat eficient i fàcil des del principi, l'anunci indica que la propietat compta amb aire condicionat i no detalla la ubicació exacta de cada unitat, informació que també proporcionem als clients que la sol·liciten, i aixó que voste els hi hem fet una visita que no fem, lamentem la falla puntual en un dels aires condicionats que es va intentar reparar s'ha de entendre que els tècnics reparadors són empreses externes que tenen les seves disponibilitats com tots els empresas amb tot aixó creiem que la casa malgrat 1 A/C que no funcionés la casa va mantenir el confort i els serveis per la cual cosa no procedeix cap reemborsament addicional.
