The property was perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Downtown St Augustine was a quick Uber away. The pool was great with plenty of towels available. Kitchen had all the amenities you would need for eating in. Bedrooms were comfortable with more than enough room for a large group. Bill, the host, made himself available for all your needs. Would definitely rent again.

Very well maintained property. The beach access is perfect for large families who may be on different schedules. The pool is perfect for relaxing. I will be staying again on our next trip to St. Augustine. Also, the host was awesome. He was very timely in responding to any of our questions.

•House had a very musty odor•Strong propane odor near the master bedroom and parking first few days.•Spa heater was not functioning and would not heat properly Wed evening through Saturday.•The master bedroom balcony door could not be properly latched or locked, creating a safety concern as strong winds could force the door open, especially for young children. Only privacy lock worked and dor would blow open often.•Water intrusion around the ocean-facing window.•Following a 1 hour of hard rain, water entered through multiple windows and doors throughout the property.•Significant ceiling leakage in a second-floor master bedroom, resulting in a soaked mattress.•Listing advertised seven cruiser bicycles; however, there were no operational cruiser bikes. There were some 10 speed bikes in various states of disrepair none were in rideable condition upon arrival. Unable to locate a pump for tires.•The garage was cluttered with chairs, surfboards, and bodyboards, making recreational equipment difficult to access. Nothing like the photos•Advertised parking arrangements were not available. Garage parking etc…•On Saturday morning prior to checkout, the property had no hot water for showers before having to drive for 11 hours. At this point the host stopped replying to any messages from us.•The laundry room flooded, leaving mud and sediment on the floor.•The checkout instructions required bedding to be washed; however, the condition of the laundry room made use o

I did respond in time you requested to answer your concerns. For the majority of your stay you were happy with the house and all things. I responded to try to figure out the propane situation and found the supplier had not maintained it. I have a new supplier and tank now. The rainstorm over which I have no control did flood and basement and took out the water heater. I have a new water heater now. The parking area does have enough room for 4-5 cars. Some of the bicycles needed air in the tires and I found that the pump had been damaged by previous guest and I now have a new electric pump. Some guests have not been kind to the bikes after use. I am sorry for your experience as I try very hard to make sure that all guests have a memorable visit and many choose to come back year after year. Your request for a full refund was denied as I would have worked with you on partial refund if you would have been reasonable to deal with. Bill

Wonderful home with plenty of space. The bikes weren’t in operable condition and the grill should be moved to the patio but otherwise, awesome!

Thanks for your review. The bikes are in working order and there is a bike pump if any of the tires are low. Also, the grill is in the carport as the wind causes too much challenges when it is near the pool. Also the grill is in a place that is protected from the rain.

House was nice, but it definitely needs to be updated. The windows in the bedrooms show signs of mold and dry rot from the ocean air. Nothing that impacted the stay, but definitely noticeable. Bill was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was quick and easy and having the pool at the house was amazing!

Great family get away

We booked this property for a quick three night beach getaway with my family and two other families. The property had plenty of space for 6 adults and 7 children. The beach is steps away and the pool was awesome.
