This multi-level townhome is located in Walnut Mountain, a development that features community hiking trails, lakes, and tennis courts. Spend an afternoon exploring downtown Ellijay seven miles west, time your visit for October to attend the Georgia Apple Festival eight miles west, or enjoy the nearby wonders at Amicalola Falls State Park 23 miles southeast.

With central AC, a loft-like floor plan, and decor inspired by the great outdoors, the living space is a casual, comfortable retreat after a day of hiking or fishing. Leave your clothes to spin in the private washer/dryer, and kick back on the leather sofa to flip channels on the flatscreen cable TV.

Wedding Weekend in Elijay

Attending a wedding at The Falls at Blue Ridge. Cabin was in a great location. Close to the wedding venue and to downtown Elijay. It was delightful sitting on the back porch and listening to the birds in the morning.

Nice, but slightly 'tired' condo in a good location

This is a cute condo in a nice location and a decent value. Pros: --Clean inside --Lovely big screened porch overlooking a small pond --3 roomy bedrooms --Fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pans and glassware --Plenty of bath linens --Comfortable furniture --(most) Beds are very comfortable --Easy, convenient parking. You can practically back-up right to the front door, which makes loading/unloading almost effortless Cons: --Bathrooms are a bit dated and impossible to get a hot shower. The upstairs shower we could get warm, but the downstairs was just cold --Strong 'dog' smell (not entirely unexpected as they allow dogs), a few strong candles or 'plug-ins' would help a lot --Full size bed on 2nd floor has a big dip in the middle, but not extremely uncomfortable for one person --Dishwasher is pretty useless, had to re-wash all dishes by hand. Dish towels are needed, though --Decor was overwhelming and just too much; lots of clutter which takes away usable space --exterior can use some TLC; lots of ?bird droppings? around the front door, gutters falling off in back The rental company was very friendly and easy to work with, and we especially appreciated being able to check in early. All in all, I would recommend the property with all the caveats above and would consider returning, particularly if the shower issues are resolved.

As the slower season is upon us many of our homes are scheduled for a full deep clean, this includes the carpets and furniture which should take care of any left over smells. Worst experience ever

1sr we got in very late so we called to find out where the gare code was located. It was pitch black and no lighting. The person on the other end was super rude. Told me had i been there at 4pm like i was supposed to i wouldn't have this problem, what? Then we finally find it and get t9 the property of which the driveway was washed completely out. Thankfully we had a 4x4. Then the unlock code wouldn't work at all so we called again. They then gave us a code for a lock box located on the wall. Then the door lock was broken an d didn't want to work. Took me 15 minutes at 1am to finally get in. Now the floors are warped and buckled and the property is leaning! Yes leaning! The property wast equipped properly at all in comparison to properties we have styed in the past. We always using this type for our cactiins or stays. Never a hotel. The beds were the most uncomfortable ever. Owe yeah forget trying to get down to the lake. The deck is cover in slime and mold and completely overgrown with bushes and trees. The property has giant crack in it from it leaning. Looks like the tried to cover it all up with 1/2 inch thick sheetrock mud caked up on those areas. Oh yeah back to the broken lock, they were getting fixed uh no. Also the pool we couldn't use it became they didn't have us an access key to the pool. At the end this property is loaded with junk fees that more than double the "nightly" rate. No adjustments were made to our stay for the many inconveniences and frustrations

Dirty and old/smelly

This place was dirty and dated. The outdoor space was nice. The place had bed bugs as well so do not recommend this place! We got out of there quickly.

BEWARE Many Issues

Let me begin by saying the managing company Vicasa was AMAZING. They were very professional, responsive, and attentive to the issues we had. The property on the other hand was horrible. The first two days we had no water pressure and no hot water. Maintenance came and the hot water tank had to be replaced. Day 3 the AC unit stopped working and the cabin was 78 degrees downstairs and who knows how hot upstairs mid June. We had to pack up and leave because it was too hot to sleep. The stairs in the unit do not even have handrails at the top. If you step off the edge (and it is tight because the unit is small) you are falling down the steps. Very unsafe for children The bedroom at the top of the stairs has a push button lock. My daughter’s friend locked the door and then when they tried to leave the room the door would not open. There is no way to get the button to release from the inside. They were locked in the room for 20 minutes. We were finally able to pop the lock open from the outside. Paint is peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The stairs/walkway to the lake is rotten and very unsafe to be walked on. This unit is a liability suit waiting to happen!

Needs help!

House had only one half of roll of toilet paper when we arrived. There was very little water pressure and no hot water. If you turned the washing machine on the water in the rest of the house quit working. Downstairs TV did not work. Property needs landscaping and a new set of stairs going to the pond.

Loved the private lake

This is a townhouse with just a few units sharing a private lake. Maybe grandson was thrilled to catch some small bass. My son in law caught a good size catfish. All went back in the lake. My only complaint is that the stairs going to to upstairs bedrooms have small treads. We had to take care not to slip going down.

Filthy. Pictures deseiving

House had bad smell. Carpet, cabinets with utencils dirty, all the towels and bedsheets had stains, hairs, the beds and dirt. The fans and vents had lots dust. Stairs are missing some railing making it very dangerous. The carpet and fans from screen porch also filthy. Not happy at all

Nasty/Dirty townhouse

Got to the place dirty cocorouches on floor. Had to wash all sheets clean the bathrooms. Wash door handles. Than water went out. They send a cleaning person to clean and all she did was vacuum 2 rugs. Place has never been dusted. The stairs to pond terrible slippery and damaged. Stairs to upper level too steep kids fell few times. Carpet is black and dirty. Never again. Do not rent.

Tell yall what I love ? Psssssh , I love the fact that the cabin looked exactly like the pictures online! You guys did that. The lake view was amazing! We had burgers on the gas grill that was already there , period. Okay ! Played cards , music , and ofcourse drinks. Took lots of pictures on each and every single deck that was there! I really enjoyed my first time been in the woods with the bears lol thank you so much Vascasa! I will be booking again soon.

It was as described, an older home with older furniture. The upstairs shower didn’t work which they informed us of the morning we were coming so that was very inconvenient for our family of 5. There were also no kitchen towels. Otherwise it was nice and quiet with a cute view.
