Why they chose this property
I like the area I live in because I've been here for nearly 30 years and have seen so many changes. I have lovely neighbours. And it's also for the most part a very quiet area considering it's in the middle of Central London.
It's also within easy reach of lots of different shops and supermarkets. As well as Regents Park itself.

What makes this property unique
My home is quite unique because of the fact that it is very central to practically all sightseeing hotspots. If you can't walk there, there's lots of different public transport within reach, readily available.
Also as a fellow traveller I know what it's like to want a clean, comfortable and well located space to stay in and thats what I try to provide.
