The villa has a fabulous roof terrace overlooking the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. The villa has a covered and furnished porch, garden, private pool, balcony, top terrace with mountain and sea views and has private parking. On the first floor is the kitchen,(fully fitted) a toilet/shower, a solana with washing machine and living room, upstairs three bedrooms, two more bathrooms and a terrace that gives access to the roof terrace. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. Towels and bed linen are available for the user. The urbanization has 2 communal swimming pools, one of them for children. With sunbeds and parasols and a seating area where you can enjoy you picnic snacks whilst at this pool area The nearest airport (Lanzarote Airport) is 29 km from the accommodation. The town centre and Marina Rubicon is about a 5-minute drive away This is an amazing property and is waiting for your arrival
