Fantastic modern apartment right by Amager Beach and the metro station Øresund. From here it is 7 minutes to Kings Square and 9 minutes to the airport.

The apartment has a well equipped and modern kitchen.

The bedroom has a king size bed (180*200). The living room has a foldable couch, where 2 people can sleep comfortably (160*200).

Additionally, the apartment has a dedicated and private office room.

In addition to the apartment's balcony (facing south), the property has a big shared roof top for your use.

It's a trendy and very safe neighborhood in Copenhagen, with lots of good restaurants, bakeries with great Danish pastry, good cafés etc., right by the beach and the metro station, "Øresund"

Ein helles und sauberes Appartement mit funktionalen Möbeln, Küchengeräte von Miele. Neben dem Wohnraum inkl. Küche und gemütlicher Schlafcouch gibt es ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Kinderzimmer mit Kinderbett, das auch als Büro genutzt werden kann. Das Bad ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Den Balkon kann man gut nutzen.Die Lage ist gut, der Strand ist ca. 800m entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 400m entfernt (7 Tage die Woche).Die Metro (200m) fährt alle 4 Minuten. Mit ihr ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stadtmitte. Checkin über Schlüsselbox eigenständig möglich, der Kontakt zum Gastgeber ist sehr gut, es wird schnell reagiert. Einziges Manko ist ein etwas erhöhter Geräuschpegel der Metro, die alle 2 Minuten tagsüber vorbeikommt. Da wir tagsüber kaum da waren, spielte das keine große Rolle. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
