This newly refurbished, cool, contemporary apartment is right before the Mar Menor - Playa Honda.
You can access the west-facing balcony from the lounge to enjoy spectacular sea views and breathtaking sunsets. Both double bedrooms enjoy beautiful views of the beach. The main bedroom boasts a kingsize bed and the second bedroom offers a double bed. Also, there is a fantastic, fully-equipped new kitchen and a newly installed bathroom. There is access to the apartment block's parking via an entrance key.
The apartment has two elevators and private parking. There is an outdoor shower block for use after a day on the beach, ideal for a holiday or a relaxing long weekend away.
Playa Honda is twinned with Playa Paraiso and is the perfect area for your holiday. Enjoy the Mar Menor beaches, and visit Cape de Palos and its harbour-side eateries.
The Apartment is conveniently positioned above the well-stocked Spar and close to the local beach bars.
